The Austonian: Construction was completed in 2010. This luxury condominium in the heart of downtown on Congress Avenue offers higher-end finishes and amenities and over 40,000 square feet of amenity space, including a top-floor fitness center with expansive views of the city, a spa room, a library, a private theater, a dog grooming station and park and a 75-foot saltwater lap pool. Prices range from under $1 million for a one-bedroom to more than $6 million for a penthouse unit.
