Lilly Rockwell knows Austin inside and out.
Born and raised in Austin, Lilly brings extensive knowledge of the Central Texas market to her clients, bolstered by her background as a former journalist for the Austin American-Statesman.
A great listener and fierce negotiator, Lilly is committed to representing her client’s best interests. She works with all types of clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. And as a former reporter, Lilly uses her well-honed research skills, local connections and historical knowledge of the Austin area to help her clients maximize their investments. She also enjoys educating her clients about real estate through her Rockwell Report blog and newsletter.
Lilly has received numerous recognitions and awards for her customer service and production. She was voted “Best Real Estate Agent in Austin” in 2018 by readers of the Austin Chronicle and was chosen Rookie of the Year in her Westlake office, where she is a multi-time recipient of the “Million Dollar Club” status. She has also obtained her Graduate, Realtor Institute designation and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative.
Raised in the popular Austin neighborhoods of Allandale, Bouldin and Delwood, Lilly received her bachelor's degree from the University of Texas in 2005. As a journalist, she covered city government and business.
In her free time, Lilly enjoys training for her next running race, and taking ice-skating lessons at Chaparral Ice. She remains committed to supporting journalism and is a founding board member of the Friends of the Daily Texan non-profit and a member of KUT and The Texas Tribune. Her interests include reading, traveling and trying new restaurants with her husband, Mark, and going on walks with her dog, Hannah, and cuddling with her cat, Winston aka "Poofy."
